A Friday - Gifts and Spirituality ultimately God first.

Well, figured this is a blog so I'll blog out, sometimes, to serve you get to a point where you feel like, people might just be thinking you're doing this for attention, to be able to get others loving your blog, or you in general. Truth in the matter is, if you read my blog, there's a lot of ups and downs, regardless of that, I find sometimes doing God's will can be a scary job. Sometimes I ask God, what if I say the wrong thing? what if I prophesies falsely I dare not do this, I'd rather not have a word than have a word that is wrong. But God is good in shutting me up, and slamming doubt in the face, saying If it's from Him, why would it be false?

So I am glad my Father uses me in such a manner. As time goes by, I hit a point where I suddenly realised the beauty in fearing the Lord, it's not a fear like you get when you're in a huge crazy situation where you will get killed and die, but more of a fear that you want to do right with God, but knowingly fully that Christ is the ultimate advocate. Please please please! Do not misunderstand me, I don't mean to say if I prophesy falsely it's fine because Christ died for me, rather not! We all know what the bible says, if you don't well read it! it's all over Timothy and revelations. But instead, this fear keeps me on my toes, not to be complient with whatever comes to me, but to scan it, consider it with the Lord before giving anything out.

If you're a person seeking these gifts, please do so from God, but always remember why you have these, because it was given by Him, and what you use it for, the Glory of our Father. Out of love and kindness, freely just as it was given to you, not out of strive and jealousy, pride and self-profit. If you seek these gifts, which only our Father in heaven can grant, search your heart and find the reason behind your wanting of these gifts, so that it may be of love, and for the glory of God's kingdom, not to glorify your self, to make your self feel good as if you are more spiritual, more significant than one who does not have these. I tell you one who has no gifts, but serves, loves, encourages, prays for their family in Christ and seeks our Father with all their hearts is much more in the right than any one who can give prophecy, tongues, interpretation, healing or perform might miracles. The case is simply because, if you just use those gifts, without love, without reason, or with reason to glorify yourself, or gain money, you are forgetting who is God, who is the one who blessed you and who is the one who has given you freedom to begin with.

Again, don't get me wrong. I am not against these gifts, more so I am even more glad if more people have these gifts and performing wonder working miracles! To prophecy into someones life and touch them so deeply with words that God wants them to know.! But I am against it being used for selfish desires, and out of love, emptiness. Like I said before, read the bible about it 1 Corinthians. Please understand this, your Father in heaven first, then miracles. Be filled with love, then over flow it, pour it, and be refilled again, not any kind of love, but our Father's love! Do no seek miracles and wonders first, seek Him first.

I love you all, I do, the persecuted church, the church in the world, across the globe, from the west to the east, you are all dear to me, even if we do not know each other. After all, are we not one body in Christ? Where He is the head and we are the body, that when one part is hurt, we all feel it? God is not absent, He is so ever present. Fear not, and let Him in, Fear not and let Him out, Fear not and believe.

So blessings, and honour, love and kindness, peace and protection, I pray for all.

God with me

Sometimes, life is tough, sometimes it is great, but always remember that God is always good. Today in prayer, my spirit spoke out, "Lord do not withhold your glory, let it fall!". A Tremendous presence fell upon me, my entire body could not stand, I fell on my knees without not first noticing the pressure, of one which is like water gushing out of my stomach. I have only experienced this twice, but it was never about the experience, but more of who God is, and who we see.

During Prayer I saw something interessting:
I saw plants that were dead, and plants that were thriving! I saw a cross bridging a cliff and people walking across.

God is truly amazing in all He does, so I want to encourage you, to seek Him, yes He knows you have needs, Yes He knows you are in financial crisis, He knows you need food, He knows you need clothes. But He wants you to look to Him, to realise that He is the provider, He is Yahweh Yireh, God your supplier. Seek Him, look to Him, ASK of Him, and He will supply your needs, He'll take care of them. Now don't get me wrong here, I am not saying look for God so you will have riches, I'm saying look to God for who He is, spend time with Him, get to know him, as if you were getting to know someone you really have an interest in.

You will find His character in His written word, your eyes will open, and yea, why not also ask him while you're getting to know Him if He knows the direction to where you are meant to be going. He says He is your shield and exceedingly great reward. Don't believe me? go read it for your self in Genesis 15.

So then, if you want to know the truth, it's simple read this psalm:

Psalm 23

¹ The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.

² He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters.

³ He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him—not for my earning it, but] for His name’s sake.

⁴ Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.

⁵ You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with ^[a]oil; my [brimming] cup runs over.

⁶ Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.

Speak it, Sing it, but most of all Believe it(Mark 11:22-25). God has given you boldness to come before His throne(Hebrews 4:16), so go and do it with boldness.

So I tell you brothers and sisters, If God is with you who can be against? for in this world you are surely to have many tribulations and troubles, but remember Jesus and won! you have FULL Victory in all these things, I will end with this verse:

³³ Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect [when it is] God Who justifies [that is, Who puts us in right relation to Himself? Who shall come forward and accuse or impeach those whom God has chosen? Will God, Who acquits us?]

³⁴ Who is there to condemn [us]? Will Christ Jesus (the Messiah), Who died, or rather Who was raised from the dead, Who is at the right hand of God actually pleading as He intercedes for us?

³⁵ Who shall ever separate us from Christ’s love? Shall suffering and affliction and tribulation? Or calamity and distress? Or persecution or hunger or destitution or peril or sword?

³⁶ Even as it is written, For Thy sake we are put to death all the day long; we are regarded and counted as sheep for the slaughter.

³⁷ Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors ^[a]and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.

³⁸ For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things ^[b]impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers,

³⁹ Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In times of trouble I am your help

You are the Truth, the way and the Life.
I thank you Lord for your help in times of trouble.
I thank you for your hands of protection against the wicked one in this world.
For you ever lasting covenant that bonds us together as adopted children.

I will remember this thing that you speak:
"I am the Lord your God..."
I will remember how you helped your servants,
How you brought them out of bondage, and brought them through a whole lot.
I will remember who you are when you said:
" I am the Good shepherd"
"I am the door, and if any one enters through me he will find pastures"
"Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]"

I will remember you with Psalms that praise your name in times of hardship:
"The Lord is My shepherd, I shall not Lack"
"Yea Though I walk through the Valley of Shadow of death I will fear NO EVIL, for YOUR STAFF and YOUR ROD they comfort me"

I will remember your words Father, for they are true! I will remember and believe for you said:
"I am your shield and exceedingly great reward"
"So don’t worry, because I am with you.
    Don’t be afraid, because I am your God.
I will make you strong and will help you;
    I will support you with my right hand that saves you."

To you my God, my Lord, to you my Father in heaven, may your name be glorified and may your hands show mercy and love, May you shine your light in the darkness and may all darkness never stand. to you be the Glory forever and Ever.

To Rise and Rest

Lord Let my rising and sleeping in the morning to evening, bring glory to you alone.

Have my heart set on you, and every day hold me up,

Carry me forth through the day, that with you all things will fall into place.

I put my trust in the Lord, walk my ways, with all you said.

To Serve as it is to serve the Lord,

Stay my tongue and discipline it, that praises and curses do not come forth the same way.

For my plans are nothing, if you are not in it.

My Life is useless in my own hands,

Take it and let me walk in your ways, your plans, always.

For Darkness may seem to become prominent, But for as dark as the night gets,

the Brighter the Light shines, peirceing through the deepest parts,

consume me Lord,

With your light.

For you are the one that said, I will uphold you with my right hand,

For you are the one who says I know the plans I have for you, plans not to harm you but to give you a hope and a future.

For you are the one who says, I am the way the Truth and the Life.

You are the one who has defeated this world.

Victory is in your hands! Victory is always yours for the battle is yours!

There are plans, then there are God's Plans

Many of us wonder day to day, why are you God all the way up there? What plans do you have for me? I cannot hear it, I cannot see it, I hear people speak over and over, WALK in God's plans! But seriously what are your plans? why should I walk in them? and HOW do I walk in them?

It'll be as simple as this, ASK Him, really ask Him with your heart open wide, and without a shadow of doubt. Do this:

Matthew 7:7-8

⁷ Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you.⁸ For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened.

 Some of your have heard this over and over, and perhaps only applied it to trying to get what you want, truth is, if you want to know God's plan for you, look for it, Keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking, and it will be open to you. While some of you know this, there seems to be a striking fear in your heart. What if? the power of doubt is upon you, I'd say strike it out, and throw it into the streets, doubt has no right being in a Child of God, in fact more so, cling on to truth, words spoken by your father:

Proverbs 3:5-6

⁵ Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

⁶ In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

Isaiah 55:8-9

⁸ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord.

⁹ For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.

Truth is God has it all in control, let it all go, seriously LET it go and really let God take control, yea, some part of you might find this scary, then tremble as you do it, let the fear of the Lord grasp you, so you might find the trust and the love He has for you is so much greater, that you might find that Christ the solid rock is truly unshakeable. 

So some of you might be asking, I got my own plans, much riches are gonna be held in big vessels many banks and properties, I will prosper much then I will serve the Lord, because then I am capable, well let me tell you frankly, that would be a dangerous ploy, I won't come on and judge you but I'll definitely send a warning, not because I don't wish for riches, to be honest, I'm pretty sure God wants you to be rich, but in HIS way and not in a way that only fulfills you physically:

James 4:13-17

¹³ Come now, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a city and spend a year there and carry on our business and make money.

¹⁴ Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen tomorrow. What is the nature of your life? You are [really] but a wisp of vapor (a puff of smoke, a mist) that is visible for a little while and then disappears [into thin air].

¹⁵ You ought instead to say, If the Lord is willing, we shall live and we shall do this or that [thing].

¹⁶ But as it is, you boast [falsely] in your presumption and your self-conceit. All such boasting is wrong.

¹⁷ So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.

Luke 12:17-20

¹⁷ And he considered and debated within himself, What shall I do? I have no place [in which] to gather together my harvest.

¹⁸ And he said, I will do this: I will pull down my storehouses and build larger ones, and there I will store all my grain or produce and my goods.

¹⁹ And I will say to my soul, Soul, you have many good things laid up, [enough] for many years. Take your ease; eat, drink, and enjoy yourself merrily.

²⁰ But God said to him, You fool! This very night they [the messengers of God] will demand your soul of you; and all the things that you have prepared, whose will they be?

Do you want to follow His ways, do you want Wisdom from Him? then ASK for God Himself enjoys giving, but when you ask, do it whole heartly, EXPECTING, not saying maybe this or that, not saying if I do get it then I do, if not it's okay. ASK and EXPECT it, there's no no in it, if it's wisdom from God you are asking:

James 1:5-8

⁵ If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.

⁶ Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind.

⁷ For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord,

⁸ [For being as he is] a man of two minds (hesitating, dubious, irresolute), [he is] unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything [he thinks, feels, decides].

So once you ask, that's it, don't go on complaining otherwise, don't be like a man with two minds, hold  on to what you say as true, if it's a yes let it be a yes. Why would you want to say otherwise, unless you doubt? So if you pray for peace, believe peace, pray for good, believe Good! Stop OH Stop your evil thoughts of doubt which is inbetween! Hold to what you ask from God and have an expectant heart! Then be patient, be as patient as a farmer or gardener, when you plant something, like fruit don't expect it to grow immediately, rather realise it needs to be watered by rain, and absorb it's nutrients, to break through and grow, and when it grows, be patient again, don't  say it's so small, or it's not producing fruit, I tell you it will produce fruit when the TIME is right! In the same way, you should be patient, yea sure, sometimes it looks like nothing is happening, but do you know if you don't doubt, and just leave the trust in the seed(God and His almighty power) it WILL come to pass without you needing to do anything, besides watering and believing, so if you believe, then BELIEVE stop doubting:

James 5:7-11

⁷ So be patient, brethren, [as you wait] till the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits expectantly for the precious harvest from the land. [See how] he keeps up his patient [vigil] over it until it receives the early and late rains.

⁸ So you also must be patient. Establish your hearts [strengthen and confirm them in the final certainty], for the coming of the Lord is very near.

⁹ Do not complain, brethren, against one another, so that you [yourselves] may not be judged. Look! The Judge is [already] standing at the very door.

¹⁰ [As] an example of suffering and ill-treatment together with patience, brethren, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord [as His messengers].

¹¹ You know how we call those blessed (happy) who were steadfast [who endured]. You have heard of the endurance of Job, and you have seen the Lord’s [purpose and how He richly blessed him in the] end, inasmuch as the Lord is full of pity and compassion and tenderness and mercy.

Trust in the Father, whom made us Children of His through the Lord Jesus Christ, who should be exhaled above all, forever and ever.

Humble me

Humble me Lord, Humble me that I may choose peace before adversity.
Let my feet walk in the light of the Gospel, my tongue speak kindness.
Let my ways be for your ways, and my heart hungering for you always.

As this world gets darker, your light becomes brighter,
You the one who takes care of the widows, and become the father to the fatherless,
You who saved those who scorned you, who despised you.
You who showed love, when hate seemed to prevail, and destroyed it completely.

Let my heart be humble in you, don't let me be proud.
Be glorified, and take all the glory,
I am nothing without you my Lord, so guide my foot steps.
You the God who helps those you love,

You, Father, who helps those who have been defeated,
The one who chooses kings and governments.
