To face the something of nothing

"This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you." - John 15:12

Actually I'll be honest, I don't have any idea why I put that title, but I want to blog.

Standing in the face of destiny, some people believe we can change things, other believe we are on an impossible mission to run others lives, but our command is simple, Love. Yes, it's that simple, love is not a tough task, but as I am human it hurts sometimes when you love. people can put you down, hurt you and spit in your face. Simply because you show them love.

But does this mean we should do the same? is it our job to change their opinion about us? to make them love us? to show them that we are very Holy? No! If we truly say we are holy by our own rights, then I believe we have all missed the mark, we are only clean because of what Christ did, when he died and fulfilled the Law for us. He said love your enemy, Love your neighbor, above all else love God our Father. But what is love, it has become such a complex thing when it's so simple.

We have stamped so much on love, when it's about opening the heart, to be beaten without fighting back, what a fool one must say? but look at yourself and examine, are you the one striking or loving? when someone falls, could you pick them up? when someone is hurt, could you help? when someone is cold could you give a hug? some clothes? a shelter for the night? a cup of water to the thirsty. If you had a dollar in your pocket would you look and say, this is not a real beggar, this is a GANGSTER But is this how we really Love? So what if they are not exactly Like us. Did Jesus said to the world when he was being Crucified These are Gangsters I won't GIVE to them, an evil wretched species, who has no good in them? Instead He stood and said “Father, forgive them, because they don’t know what they are doing.” - Luke 23:34

What are we doing? are we an army of CHRISTians or an army of JUDGES... No I am not saying that you don't correct a brother or sister who is coming to RUIN. Of course there must be a love to take people OUT from sin, but the key is to do it with love the moment we realize that we have no power to Change people are that it's God who does it perhaps that's when we will learn to love.

I stand here with a heavy heart... in the chaos of my own created by my heart, I only see a winding road. yet a part of me reminds me, that no matter the journey God is with me, that love should rule my heart and not anger or pain. I stand wondering how Jesus did it all, looking and knowing each of our heart, full of darkness and deceit.. But perhaps that's not what He Saw, Perhaps,  He saw that each of us were yearning to be better, to be purer, to be good, to have a sense of love, a  belonging, to have peace, to have all this chaos stopped, to have a way to God, that in all our craziness and pain, stuck in coldness and with no where to run, to not able to find any healing, yearning after a God we think is far away, whilst He is closer than we think.

In all I do, I fail, but in all He has done, I can say I am glad, it was His love, to be able to see pass my ugly and into my potential, to see pass my failures and put my arm around his shoulder, to take a burden He well knew I could not carry, to give me a Spirit to fulfill all He has destined me to do, to make me go on a different level, in love,..

“God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life." - John 3:16

"Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the Lord, and not rather that he should turn from his evil way and return [to his God] and live?" - Ezekiel 18:23

"Jonah was furious. He lost his temper. He yelled at God, “God! I knew it—when I was back home, I knew this was going to happen! That’s why I ran off to Tarshish! I knew you were sheer grace and mercy, not easily angered, rich in love, and ready at the drop of a hat to turn your plans of punishment into a program of forgiveness!
“So, God, if you won’t kill them, kill me! I’m better off dead!”
God said, “What do you have to be angry about?” " - Jonah 4:1-4
